I recently finished my Ph.D. in Composition and Music Theory at the University of Pittsburgh. I am also a flutist, performing with groups like Alia Musica Pittsburgh and at the MusicX Festival in Blonay, Switzerland. Clang Jingle Clang was originally a blog for which I wrote a new piece of music every day for a year. It was a great experience, and I hope you take a minute to browse through the archive of pieces I wrote using concert instruments, toys, tools, computers, friends and anything else I could get my hands on.
